Player Requirements
Socks embroidered with the dynamos emblem are complementary with full payment of registration fees. (These will be handed out by your coach just prior to the first playing date). It will be mandatory in the 2023 season for all players to wear the club socks.All players will be loaned a playing shirt for the 2023 season, these must be kept in pristine condition and returned to your coach at the completion of the season. Players who fail to return their shirt will be charged the replacement cost.Players are to only wear their dynamos issued shirt to games, not to training.All players must supply their own red shorts, boots and shin pads.Coaches are the rock solid base on which our club depends. Coaches freely give their time for the benefit of our players.
They are not expected, nor should they put up with unruly behavior. In conjunction with their manager they should try to resolve any such issue, if this is unsuccessful, the manager should report the matter to the committee and prompt action would be taken. A good working relationship between coach, manager, parents, players and the club benefits everyone. Coaches are expected to adhere to the clubs creed that all players who fulfill registration, discipline and training requirements playing time. All coaches, managers, players and parents come under the jurisdiction of not only Dynamos, but also the Country Coastal Junior Soccer Association INC (CCJSA).

Duties include:
1. Supervise and manage player behavior.
2. Organize your ‘kit’ – balls ect.
3. Abide by the Codes of Conduct.
4. Take responsibility of the goals, nets, flags and match balls for home games.
5. Ensure the playing surface and equipment is safe for use.
6. Allocate a Linesman (U/11 to U/16 teams only)
7. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, TEACH THE CHILDREN HOW TO PLAY SOCCER AND HAVE FUN.
One of our most important decisions of past years was the appointment of team managers. They have proved to be very important to the smooth running of the club. The few teams that do not have a manager have been the ones that miss out on latest news and encounter the most problems. Managers are expected to provide the committee with feedback on parent concerns and team matters in general. Should a manager not wish to deal personally with a particular problem, they should report it to the committee who will deal with the matter. Managers and their team coach should strike up a good working relationship and assist each other in the smooth running of their team. Should there be a problem in this area, the manager can also discuss this with the committee.
